This post is based in Birmingham and we are looking for someone who has exceptional IT skills and confidence in Microsoft Excel, Word and similarly with Google Docs and Sheets. You will provide administration support to the team which can take place in the form of maintaining databases, effectively managing filing systems, regular monitoring and updating finances of multiple projects and funding streams so we don’t go overbudget, creating new finance management files where needed, answering phone calls, managing stationary and much more.
