Rush Trampoline Park Trip

29/10/2024 – We had so much fun taking the children to Rush Trampoline Park this October half term. They were able to have a two-hour jump session which included virtual football court, general trampolines and so much more, sealed with 2 pizza slices and a slush drink.

When asked what the favourite part of everyone’s day was here is some of what we received:

• “Me n my mum n friends spent quality time together”
• “Meeting another mother who is experiencing the same issues as me along with the same thoughts being able to openly speak with someone who knows exactly what I am going through and still goi g through was amazing.”
• “Being able to meet other adults in my situation and spending some quality time with my daughter”

A 100% respondent rate for the question ‘Would you come to another activity event hosted by Himaya Haven?’ and when asked why, one response was ‘My mum can’t afford to do activities with me because of the difficulties in day to day life n expenditures. So any opportunities that we can get we would take up.’
