Selina Baig is a Director of the company, joined at the earlier stage of the company.
Selina has completed courses in Child Care and Learning Mentoring with Counselling.

2012 – Present – Children Support Worker Clifton Primary School
After having various experience of working with children she wanted something more challenging and took up a position at Clifton Primary School as a Children’s Support Worker. This was something she naturally felt she wanted to do. Her duties included working with children with behaviour issues such as ADHD, and various special needs. Such as Down Syndrome and Autism.

2010-2012 – Teaching Assistant Marlborough Primary School
From her previous experience as a nursery nurse, she wanted a change and decided to work with slightly older children in a school base, she secured a position at Marlborough Primary School as a Teaching Assistant. Her duties included working closely with the class teacher, taking part in lesson planning and supporting small groups of children on a more to one to one base.

2006-2010 – Nursey Assistant Al Hira Private Day Nursery
After completing her level 3 child care course along with learning mentor qualification she started working at Al Hira Private Day Nursery, as a nursery assistant. She worked with babies from 6 months to children 3 years of age. Here her duties included assisting children to learn through play, enabling them to learn basic daily skills. Making them independent and confident.

She has a First Aid Certificate and Food and Hygiene.
