20/06/2019 – Himaya Haven offered mentoring training to it’s team, delivered by Raymond Douglas. The training was tailored around how to mentor returning citizens.
18/06/2019 – Himaya Haven were at H.M.P Birmingham’s open day alongside other services that can be useful to families who have someone in prison. We also had a lovely visit from two alpacas.
13/06/2019 – Himaya Haven at the Youth Fest 2019.
12/06/2019 – Our quarterly steering group meeting addressing the recent highlighted crime and issues in the past 3 months.
11/06/2019 – A full day conference highlighting the issue of forced marriage and honour based violence, launching their new helpline.
